We will finish the jubilee 100th artistic season with a Gala concert held under the motto Now it’s different. For this occasion, our orchestra will be led by one of today’s greatest conductors, the man who entrusted Sarajevo and the Sarajevo Philharmonic in a special way, maestro Zubin Mehta. We remind you that maestro Mehta conducted Mozart’s Requiem long ago and during the war in 1994 in the destroyed City Hall and under constant threat of shelling, alarms and sniper fire. Then, from the heart of Sarajevo, a strong message of the struggle for peace, dignity and civilizational values was sent to the world, and thirty years later maestro Mehta is back in Sarajevo and will conduct
now in different conditions.
The first part of tickets, at prices of 80, 90 and 100 KM, will be on sale on Friday, June 14 from 12 noon via the Kupikartu.ba platform, as well as at all their points of sale.
For all those interested who are unable to get tickets, we will provide a live broadcast of the concert on Susan Sontag Square in front of the National Theater via two LED screens.
